 The Hummingbird Coffee is more than coffee on the go. It’s an elevated coffee experience. Whether it’s a celebration, a business affair, or an appreciation event, we bring the cafe to you. With our customizable menu, we’re here to elevate the atmosphere leaving your guests wanting more and saying things like, “That was such a fun experience!”
Based in Frisco, Texas, we service the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex.  Our state-of-the art commercial equipment is what allows us to create our hand-crafted lattes. Our carts are so versatile, they can be easily set up in most any environment.

Our Products

Our coffee is 100% Arabica beans, sourced from local Texas roasters who work with only the best farmers in some of the most sought-after coffee regions. The coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure quality in every cup. We offer superb syrups, 3 different milk options and stevia upon request. Our drinks can be served hot or iced. When you build your menu, you will get to select the flavors you want for your event. It’s personalized to your liking.

Custom Café on Wheels

When you book our mobile cart, you get to customize your menu. Choose from drip coffee, hot chocolate, and custom lattes, both hot and iced. Our packages give you options to choose the milks and syrups you want to have on your menu. Be sure to ask us about our branding packages too!
